# PRPL DZRT – Refund, Replacement & Store Credit Policy
At PRPL DZRT, we don’t just sell products — we deliver a carefully crafted experience. Every piece goes through strict quality checks, detailed finishing, and packaging standards before it reaches you. Our goal is to ensure that what you receive matches the premium standard we promise.
However, to maintain fairness, efficiency, and sustainability in our operations, we have established the following policy. By placing an order with PRPL DZRT, you agree to all the terms mentioned below.

## **IMPORTANT – UNBOXING VIDEO (MANDATORY)**
We strongly advise all customers to **record a clear unboxing video while opening the package**.
* The video must start **before opening the package**
* It must clearly show the **sealed packaging**
* It must capture the **entire unboxing process without cuts**
This is **mandatory proof** in case of any issue such as damage, missing item, or wrong product.
**Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any replacement or claims.**
This step helps avoid any mishappening and ensures fair resolution for both sides.

## **1. No Return Policy**
PRPL DZRT follows a strict **NO RETURN POLICY**.
Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances including:
* Change of mind
* Dislike of product
* Incorrect size selection by customer
* Personal preference issues
We request all customers to carefully check product details, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order.

## **2. Replacement Eligibility**
Although returns are not accepted, we do provide **replacement** in genuine cases:
Eligible situations:
* Product received is damaged
* Product has a manufacturing defect
* Wrong item delivered
Conditions:
* Must be reported within **48 hours of delivery**
* Must include a valid **unboxing video proof**
* Product must be **unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact**
Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

## **3. Replacement Process**
Once your request is approved:
* Our team will verify the issue
* Pickup or further instructions will be arranged
* Replacement will be dispatched after verification
**Note:** Replacement depends on product availability. If unavailable, an alternative or store credit may be provided.

## **4. Exchange Fee (Delivery Handling Charges)**
All replacements/exchanges are subject to a **minor handling fee**.
This fee covers:
* Logistics costs
* Delivery partner services
* Operational handling by our **delivery ninjas**
The exact amount will be shared during confirmation and must be paid before dispatch of replacement.

## **5. Strict No Refund Policy (Wallet-Based Exception Only)**
PRPL DZRT operates on a **NO DIRECT REFUND POLICY**.
We do not issue refunds to bank accounts, UPI, or original payment methods.
### **Exception (Rare Cases Only):**
In very rare and exceptional situations (such as order failure, stock issues, or special approvals), if a refund is approved:
* The amount will be credited to your **PRPL DZRT Wallet only**
* This wallet balance can be used for future purchases on our website
**Remember:**
* Wallet refunds are **exceptional**, not standard
* Refunds are **not guaranteed**
* Decision will be made solely by PRPL DZRT team after review

## **6. Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement or Claims**
We will not accept requests in the following situations:
* No unboxing video provided
* Request made after 48 hours
* Product used, washed, or altered
* Minor color differences due to lighting/screen
* Size issues due to customer’s wrong selection
* False or misleading claims

## **7. Order Cancellation Policy**
* Orders can only be cancelled **before dispatch**
* Once shipped, cancellation is **not possible**
* COD orders may be restricted in future if repeatedly cancelled

## **8. Customer Responsibility**
As a customer, you agree to:
* Provide accurate shipping details
* Record proper unboxing video
* Read product details before purchase
* Cooperate with support team during verification
Failure to follow these may result in rejection of your request.

PRPL DZRT reserves the right to:
* Approve or reject any claim
* Request additional proof if required
* Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
* Take strict action against fraudulent claims
